We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive IT Assistant to join our dynamic team on a part-time basis. The successful candidate will be expected to assist with IT operations and demonstrate proficiency in Learning Management Systems and video conferencing platforms such as Blackboard, Engageli, HRDA Ermis Platform, and Articulate 360. Training on these platforms will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Flexible working hours on a part time basis, as needed.
- Create and configure courses on our learning management platforms.
- Provide prompt, high-quality IT and administrative support to ensure the seamless delivery of training courses.
- Assist with day-to-day IT issues and deliver on-site technical support in offices and classrooms.
- Support colleagues, students and clients with IT-related needs to maintain smooth administrative operations.
