Enrollment Counselor

The University of Nicosia seeks an Enrolment Counsellor who will be responsible for the assistance of prospective and/or existing students of the University in regards to enrollment matters.

We are looking for someone who is self-directed and thrives working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, in which expectations are high for both the quality and speed of work; an individual with excellent Greek and English language skills.

Responsibilities

• Informs inquirers (through the phone and other electronic media) about the University of Nicosia and its programs
• Provides quality customer service to leads/ applicants and students and generally members of the university community
• Follows up on prospective students in order to complete their application for enrollment
• Keeps records of all enquiries utilizing the CRM platform.
• Follows up on non-registered students and statistics (semester to semester registrations)
• Any other relevant to the Enrollment duties as assigned by the Director of the Recruitment Unit

Skills & Qualifications

• Preferably a bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Business, Communications, Marketing or relevant field.

 Job-specific skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication in Arabic, English and Greek  
• Problem solving skills
• Microsoft Office programs (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Consultative ‘selling’ skills
