Plans for establishment of UNIC Athens
The University of Nicosia (UNIC) is pleased to announce its plans to establish UNIC Athens, marking its potential expansion into Greece. The proposed new campus, currently in the planning stages, will be situated at ‘The Ellinikon’ and is expected to welcome its first cohort of students in the 2025-2026 academic year.

The Department of Social Sciences at UNIC Athens plans to initially offer the Bachelor's degree in Psychology.
Faculty members play a crucial role in advancing the Department’s research agenda, contributing to its strong research output, including publications in high-impact journals. Social responsibility is a core value, demonstrated through initiatives like the Center for Therapy, Training and Research, which provides mental healthcare services and psychological support to the general public and the university community.
