We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive IT and Learning Management Systems Officer to join our dynamic team in an entry-level, first-role capacity. This position is ideal for a recent graduate in Computer Science or Computer Engineering who is eager to apply their academic knowledge in a professional setting. The successful candidate will be expected to manage IT operations and demonstrate proficiency in Learning Management Systems and video conferencing platforms such as Moodle, Webex, Blackboard, Articulate 360, and Microsoft Teams. This key administrative role plays a vital part in ensuring the seamless delivery of our training programs through efficient, timely, and high-quality IT support and system administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create, configure, and administer courses on our learning management platforms.
- Provide prompt, high-quality IT support to ensure the seamless delivery of training courses.
- Manage day-to-day IT issues and deliver on-site technical support in offices and classrooms.
- Support colleagues, students and clients with IT-related needs to maintain smooth administrative operations.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement and optimisation of IT systems and solutions.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering (recently completed)
- Proficiency with Learning Management Systems and Video Conferencing Platforms
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Greek (written and verbal)
- Proficiency in handling day-to-day IT related matters and provision of IT support
- High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
