Part Time Faculty Position in Energy, Oil and Gas Management

The Department of Management of the Business School of the University of Nicosia invites applications for part-time faculty positions in the following disciplines: Energy, Oil and Gas Management.

The position:

Responsibilities include teaching face-to-face courses.

Role:

Required qualifications for these posts are the following:

• A PhD in Energy, Oil and Gas Management, or a closely related field including Environmental Studies and Climate Change Studies
• Desired specialization in the fields of Renewable Energy, Energy Efficiency, Hydrogen, and Electricity Markets
• Evidence of effective teaching in English
• Autonomy in developing and organizing the material to support students’ learning.

Desired Qualifications include the following:

• University teaching experience
• Relevant professional experience
• Academic publications in the field of application or strong evidence of potential for scholarly research
• Knowledge of Greek is considered a plus

Benefits:

Remuneration will be paid by hour of teaching. The rate will depend on qualifications and experience.
