The Program Coordinator is the primary point of contact with the foreign students studying at the University of Nicosia on semester, summer or customized study abroad programs offered in Cyprus by Global Learning Semesters. The Program Coordinator is responsible for the delivery of the programs as designed and ensuring student satisfaction.
Duties:
Customer Service:
Ensuring an excellent customer service experience and receiving positive reviews about the program as a whole
Assisting prospective students and enrolled participants with program-related questions, application procedures and other tasks as they prepare to study abroad on a Global Semesters program.
Administrative support:
Organizing all activities related to student arrivals in Cyprus, housing, travel (some weekend travel required) and all other organizational activities to run successful programs.
Communication:
Maintaining close communication with Program Manager and other members on the management team regarding the program activities and events as well as student academic and disciplinary issues.
