The University of Nicosia is looking for an Erasmus Officer. Key Responsibilities
- Support the daily operations and administration of programmes and related activities.
- Provide guidance and assistance to participants and stakeholders before, during, and after programme implementation.
- Communicate effectively with internal departments, external partners, and participants.
- Assist in preparing reports, documentation, statistics, and programme records.
- Contribute to events, presentations, promotional activities, and outreach initiatives.
- Maintain accurate databases, records, and administrative files.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and service delivery.
- Perform additional duties related to programme operations as assigned.
Academic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Political Science, European studies, Business Administration, International Studies, or related discipline).
Job-specific skills
- Previous experience in administration, project coordination, higher education or international programmes is desirable.
- Experience working with international students or mobility programmes will be considered an advantage.
- Experience in public speaking
- Knowledge of funded programmes, project management, or institutional procedures is considered an advantage.
- Fluency in Greek (written and spoken) is essential.
- Excellent command of English; knowledge of additional languages is considered an asset.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, work effectively under pressure, and meet strict deadlines.
