The Department of Law of UNIC seeks to hire Full-Time Faculty in the fields of Private and/or Commercial and/or Public and/or Criminal Law. This Call refers to faculty who specialize in Cypriot Law and/or Greek Law and/or English Law, and is restricted to the University of Nicosia main campus in Nicosia. The Faculty should engage in teaching, research and other relevant activities within the academia, engage in the development, implementation, and continuous evaluation of the programmes of study under the Department of Law, the undertaking of research, and the provision of guidance to students, as well as to be involved in the dissemination of scholarly developments to the wider society. If selected, commencement of employment will be from the academic year 2026-2027.
Academic Qualifications:
A Doctorate
Evidence of potential for excellence in teaching, research, publications and for a successful academic career.
Ability to teach in Greek and/or in English
Ability to carry out research in international outlets
