About the Unit:
UNIC Evolve is the University of Nicosia's research and innovation platform for free-living biological response. It brings together deep biology, food chemistry, environmental context, and AI-ready data systems to understand and improve healthspan, longevity, and biodefense in real-world conditions. Operating from Athens at The Ellinikon, Europe's largest urban regeneration project, Evolve is building the scientific and data infrastructure to make biological response more predictable, more personalised, and more actionable.
The Genomics and Data Science Unit is part of UNIC Evolve, a research and innovation initiative advancing human healthspan, longevity, and biodefense through deep biology, real-world data, and AI. We are building the genomics capability at the core of that effort, from the ground up, in Athens, and this role sits at the heart of it.
